Refund and Return

We want our Bondi Yacht Club to be totally happy with their purchase. So if it looks a bit ship and don’t feel 100% oarsome in our hat, we will exchange or refund the product within 10 days of purchase.

Postage to return or refund a product is at the buyers cost however we will ship back for free!

If items are returned due to customers mistake we do not hold responsibility for reshipment, it is at customers expense.
(Australian orders only, international orders are at the buyers expense)

The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Damaged or faulty products

We do everything we can to make sure all our items are sent to you in perfect condition. However, if your Bondi Yacht Hat has arrived damaged or defective, then we apologise!

Please send photos of the issue to chloe@bondiyachtclub.com.au and we’ll offer you a full refund or replacement - whichever you prefer. We don’t want you to harbour a grudge.
